Hello Vance:

After watching my TV debut, I felt that I had to thank you once again for transforming my very dated bathroom into a very up-to-the-minute pleasurable retreat. The two TV segments were fun to do and were the icing on the cake.

From my first contact with Anden, I felt that I was dealing with a group of professional people dedicated to their work. You and Jennifer guided me through the process of choosing all the various fixtures, tiles and accessories very competently and thoroughly--I never knew that there were so many different shades of grout! Jennifer and I had fun picking out colours and she was as enthusiastic about the wallpaper choices as I was. Scott was such a great foreman, always there to guide the other workers if there was a problem, and always there to reassure me that it would all turn out perfectly. Ian, Tim and the other workers were exactly what installers should be--always on time, skilled, personable, and always communicating and reassuring me. I miss them all, especially Tim with the tales of his dogs! I have never dealt with a group of people who were more punctual which is a real plus when one doesn't have to sit waiting and wondering if the workmen are ever going to arrive. They were tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day. I didn't think that I would be getting new drains in the bathroom, but when I saw the condition of the old drains I was so pleased that everything would be replaced.

I hope you are as pleased with the results of the renovation as I am. It was a collaboration--your expertise and products and my ideas and choice of things like wallpaper and tiles. The finished product is exactly what I hoped for. I love the beautiful lever tap controls; they are so easy to handle. Incidentally, you might recommend this type of tap to your older clients who have arthritic hands--the taps take no effort whatsoever to turn on and off.

So--until the next renovation--thanks and best wishes to you and all your staff,

Mary Snack

Both Kelly and myself would like to thank you and your crew for the excellent work performed on our recent bathroom renovation project. We found your crew and subcontractors to be very friendly and professional at all times. We would have no problems recommending Anden's to others and hope to use you on future projects. Thanks to the team at Anden's for doing a great job renovating two bathrooms. The work was done on time and as scheduled from our original meeting and quote. The fixtures and vanities are definitely top notch.

Dear Vance, Anden recently completed a kitchen renovation for us. They replaced our counter top, refinished cabinets, installed pendant lights and back splash. In addition they completed a whole host of electrical work, and tile repairs. We are truly impressed with the experience from beginning to end. They provided design and finishing consulting which simplified the process. There was great attention to detail with site visits throughout the project to align on deliverable's. We were always contacted to in advance to let us know when they were coming and who was coming. Each of the trades that came in did a fantastic job, and I would like to highlight that every day they cleaned up, and took care to minimize the time that we were without use of our kitchen. In addition, if we had questions, Anden was extremely responsive. The project fully executed in 6 weeks, which was a very reasonable period of time. The end product was amazing. Everyone absolutely loves it...including us! Randy and Heidi

Dear Vance,

Well, it's been a year since your company completed our bathroom and we are still absolutely delighted with it. It still far exceeds our expectations?

The fact that we were able to use your expertise with our vision brought together a wonderful, workable, unique bathroom in a very small space. We really appreciated that you allowed us to complete some of the work ourselves, enabling us to keep within our budget.
Your team of tradesmen were wonderful. We were very comfortable leaving them alone in the house? They were all very friendly whilst remaining professional.

Altogether, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend your firm for any renovation.

Thank you for all the excellent work.

Mac and Sandra Yuile

To: Anden Bath Centre,

Thank-you so much for the basket full of delectable "goodies". What a wonderful surprise.
We enjoyed having the "team" with us for 2 weeks; your professional work and attention to detail was impressive. You went the extra mile to ensure the job came together; even to putting up the mirror and lights (which was not specifically itemized in the contract). We will not hesitate to recommend your work to others.

Sincerely,

Ron & June Holbein
