LOVING THE BASEMENT!!! We are not all furnished yet but starting to reorganize. We have had to close all but 1 vent as it was so hot down there I couldn't work in the kitchen. Great insulation! All the warm air was coming up the stairs. But it is a beautiful space Vance and I will send you some pictures shortly. I now know I would have changed just some minor things but hind-sight is 20/20 and I have no regrets. Thank you for looking after this for us. You really are good at what you do - not just organizing - but all the PR that goes with it - the day to day communication is key and you really handle it well. Thank you for all the 'hand-holding' and talking me down off the cliff a few times. Scott and I are really pleased with the end result. I told Barry it was a pleasure working with him and I meant it. He was my day-to-day guy and he was the best and did some beautiful work. All the others - Roger & Benny - equally enjoyable to work with. Everyone was friendly and as much as a perfectionist as I am! Thanks so much Vance. It has been a pleasure working with you and I think you can count on hearing from me again in 2015.

Plus, the guys showed up with the shower clip (above expectations) and that was very impressive. Vance, you and the team make it so easy. From kicking around ideas to picking out materials. And then to install. The professionalism begins with the fact that you show up on time. Awesome. The team are respectful, calm and confident in what they do, then they deliver. No fuss, they do a great job and they tidy up before they leave. Sounds pretty easy right? Nope. No one else is capable of these simple steps. My wonderful tenant was just thrilled about his new counter (who wouldn’t after seeing their old one, lol). He happily said to me “those Anden people are really good”. Thank You Anden for another amazing project! It looks spectacular. This time I had Vanessa come in and pick colours and design and laundry room. Colours I would have not considered just look incredible. The tile work in the bathrooms and laundry room just add so much character, and the workmanship as always was top notch. We had the pleasure of Bene and John painting, who did a fantastic job! A shout out to Tim who did the super job and kept us entertained. The big difference with Anden is its one stop shopping, and they manage the project from beginning to end. You are never left wondering when they will be here as communication is another strength.
